Pursuant to Section 134A of the Motor Vehicles Act and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Good Samaritan directives, individuals rendering assistance in good faith incur no civil or criminal liability.

2. Emergency Location & Dispatch Authorization: You authorize Jeevan Raksha to access and utilize your geographic coordinates (GPS or registered locality) during cardiac emergencies solely to locate nearest AED units, alert CPR-trained responders, and guide emergency responders.

3. High-Priority Emergency Communication: You consent to receiving urgent notifications (Push Alerts, SMS, or automated voice) regarding sudden cardiac arrest incidents or critical AED maintenance needs in your vicinity.

4. Privacy & DPDP Act (2023) Compliance: Your contact and verification information is held securely under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Your data will never be traded, leased, or distributed for commercial advertising.

5. Authenticity of Devices & Incident Reports: You agree that all AED device registrations and emergency notifications you submit are truthful and accurate. Submitting false alarms or misrepresenting emergency equipment is strictly prohibited.

6. EMS Precedence: Calling official emergency lines (112 / 102) remains top priority during any medical crisis. Jeevan Raksha bridges the critical initial minutes before professional ambulance services arrive.
