Jeevan Raksha collects only the minimal information strictly required to coordinate life-saving AED dispatch and bystander response:

• Account Data: Name, verified email address, mobile contact number, and user category.
• Emergency Location: Precise GPS coordinates or entered locality data when reporting incidents or routing responders.
• AED Equipment Data: Device model, serial number, public access hours, exact floor/room location, and maintenance logs.
• Responder Credentials: BLS/CPR certificates, issuing agency, and expiry dates for volunteer accreditation.

2. How Information is Used

We use your data strictly for life-saving and training operations:

• Routing emergency alerts to CPR volunteers within proximity of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest incident.
• Displaying public AED device locations on the interactive map.
• Dispatching device maintenance alerts (pad expiration, low battery warnings).
• Anonymized epidemiological research with Knowledge Partners Manav Rachna and Doctors For You to advance cardiac arrest survival rates in India.

3. Data Protection & DPDP Act (2023)

All data is transmitted through encrypted TLS/HTTPS protocols and held on secure infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal user information under any circumstances.
